Role Overview:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their healthcare needs, and effectively communicating the value of Even Healthcare Hospitals. Strong proficiency is required to interact with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate healthcare solutions.
  • Educate customers on Even Healthcare’s offerings and membership plans.
  • Convert leads into sales and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach to sales.
