Clinic Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Acquisition Manager to drive the expansion of our clinical network by acquiring and onboarding hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. This role involves field-based work and requires excellent relationship management, negotiation, and strategic partnership-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers into Even Healthcare’s network.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to ensure a high-quality network of clinical partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless provider onboarding and integration.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor and track acquisition progress, preparing reports and insights for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during the acquisition process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare provider acquisition, business development, or a similar field role.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently for field-based activities.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
