Even health is seeking an experienced PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Manager to lead our digital advertising initiatives and drive growth through highly effective paid search campaigns. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our online marketing efforts, ensuring that every advertising dollar is optimized to deliver the highest possible return on investment (ROI). You will work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to develop strategies that align with our mission of making health and wellness accessible to all.
Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development:
- Design and implement PPC strategies that align with Even health’s overall digital marketing goals.
- Develop data-driven campaigns that target key demographics interested in our health services and products.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta).
- Continuously monitor and adjust bids, keywords, and ad placements to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to communicate results, insights, and actionable recommendations to management.
Content & Creative Oversight:
- Write compelling and concise ad copy that resonates with our target audience and reflects the Even health brand.
- Suggest and develop new campaign ideas and content for multiple channels to enhance our online presence.
- Partnership & Trend Monitoring:
- Maintain strong partnerships with PPC platforms and external vendors.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC and SEM trends to keep Even health at the cutting edge of digital marketing.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to transform numbers into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), including SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Meta) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML and web performance tools such as Lighthouse is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate campaign performance and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
