Renewal Manager

As a Renewal Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued satisfaction and retention of our valued members. You will be responsible for managing the renewal process for existing members, maintaining positive relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

What you will do

  •  Facilitate the renewal process for existing customers, including sending renewal notifications, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and promote loyalty to our products/services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing members based on their needs and usage patterns.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, providing feedback to relevant teams regarding customer experience, and areas for improvement.
  • Update records of customer interactions, renewal status, and activities in CRM. Generate reports to track renewal performance and identify trends.
  • Proactively reach out to members to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns before they impact the renewal decision.
  • Develop and implement processes by yourself. We are a startup. We want people who can create processes, not just follow them.

What are we looking for

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal. Candidates who speak Kannada or Hindi additionally will be preferred.
  • Dynamic, quick thinking, and problem-solving. Ability to grasp new concepts very quickly
  • Willing to work 6 days a week. Weekly off will be on a weekday

  • We are not remote first. Candidates must be located in Bangalore
