We are backed by investors like Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund, have raised $20m and are looking for our next Enterprise sales hire.
What will the Enterprise person solve at Even?
Critical at the start will be a lot of figuring out things, as much as making it scale. With Even growing and spreading PAN India; structuring the Enterprise team is instrumental to fuel the next phase of growth.
You will be expected to come with the mindset of acquiring and servicing Enterprise accounts and helping them drive business results through tailor made product solutions. This will require you to drive CXO level relationships. Ensuring revenue sustenance and growth by new client acquisitions and identification of new business development opportunities.
Overall contribute to product development.
The role has two key functional deliverables -
- Build larger Enterprise network
- Drive Corporate Partnerships & Alliances
Key KPIs will include -
- Revenue growth
- Total number of B2B accounts
- Average revenue per account
- Ratio of new business vs. repeat business
- Share of wallet
- New market penetration and the market share
- Client success and retention
- Overall turnover rates
What does success look like in this role?
Simply put, someone who can do the job themselves. Someone with 4-6 years of experience with ruthless prioritisation and deep user empathy.
Being highly data driven, and a logical problem solver. Proven track record at driving high growth revenue upside in competitive markets. Substantial experience in revenue management, business development and sales roles across industry.
