As a City Lead, you will lead a team of Area Sales Managers and grow Even’s offline business vertical.
What you will do?
- Generate the business for the company from the cluster of Agency allotted and v Channel defined targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies of self and a team of ASMS that lead to the team sales goals on a monthly basis
- Monitor individual performance results and engage in timely coaching sessions when necessary
- Successfully lead the sales team through company changes while maintaining the productivity of the team
- Understand what the client's immediate and future financial requirements are and accordingly integrate this into the suggested plan
- Achieve the set renewal premium collection targets by following up with the existing customers on a monthly basis
- Provide daily MIS/daily report of performance to supervising officials
What will you need?
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales
