As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible to primarily grow Even’s offline business vertical.
What you will do?
- Manage daily activities to ensure a strong pipeline
- Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business
- Make individual agents grow at least 20% for every year and ensure quality of applications
- Support/guide the members in all activities related to policy services
- Train agents on products, processes and USP’s of Even
- Responsible for achieving overall Gross Written Premium
- Responsible for sustainable profitability
- Recruitment and retention of agents
- Responsible for new activations
What will you need?
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales
